Your Role as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and reputed company of the brands we represent. Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in any industry.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
  • Adaptability: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay productive in a remote environment.
