Role Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and highly autonomous Senior Data Engineer (L5) to join our Customer Service data team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data engineers, software engineers, and Customer Service business owners to build reliable, scalable data pipelines, transform raw data into core business metrics, and reputed company custom visualization tools that surface actionable Customer Service insights across the organization.

Compensation Philosophy

arenaflex's compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not offer discretionary bonuses. Each year, you choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options, allowing you to tailor your package to your personal financial goals. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine where you fall reputed company the market range. The compensation range for this role is $170,000 to $720,000 annually.
