This Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position perfectly embodies that ambition, as you will own & be responsible for selling and executing across various categories accounting for $45MM in reputed company with Albertsons as a vital member of the team. The CSM serves as the liaison between reputed company and the Customer’s category management team, leading reputed company selling activities & driving efforts tied to improving our gross margin & market share. The CSM aims to deliver reputed company and share objectives, pursue business strategies to of growth, provide category management expertise, and ensure that coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan and shelving objectives.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Effectively partner with the customer, building rapport at reputed company levels to fully understand their business, the marketplace, and reputed company positive business growth
- reputed company New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, & reputed company Business Objectives: reputed company and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, Optimal Shelving
- reputed company promotional reputed company objectives by tactic, price reputed company, Drive Period & Selling Event while effectively implementing reputed company pricing strategies for owned categories
- Work cross functionally to effectively manage execution of reputed company assigned category objectives
- Maintain files and business documentation to thoroughly detail business transactions
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
- Tested ability to own business process and Category management through a reputed company Sales position where you owned a desk of at least $10MM of business
- Proven ability to manage and balance a large trade budget
- Proven skills embodying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management and selling to reputed company objectives
- Trusted to work autonomously reputed company a reputed company reputed company to plan, organize and set/reputed company priorities
- Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with potential to negotiate and influence effectively
- Tested proficiency in reputed company Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark, etc
- Clear examples of exhibiting strong analytical skills; Has the ability & experience using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to reputed company comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance and influences customer to reputed company category objectives.
- Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed

New Hire reputed company Salary Range:
$96,800.00 - $121,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
