As an LMMS reputed company Manager, you will manage a team of reputed company professionals responsible for renewing and pursuing opportunities to reputed company a balanced, profitable, and quality book while protecting Company assets. In some cases, the accounts worked may be among the largest risk transfer opportunities or renewals in the company, with reputed company risk sharing structures and evolving coverage language. Responsibilities include risk assessment, coverage and pricing analysis, broker/partner communication and management, and industry thought leadership. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills in order to reputed company in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Leadership: Responsible for the retention, acquisition, and development of senior level reputed company talent. - Risk Selection: Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to reputed company evaluate risk quality and further underwriters’ skillset in qualifying, selecting and assessing sharing economy and new mobility risks. - Portfolio Management: Evaluate portfolio performance based on profitability metrics, evolving risk scenarios, outcome and volatility ranges, reinsurance, opportunity metrics, and industry trends. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training plus at least 6 years of relevant and progressively more responsible production reputed company experience; MBA preferred; CPCU Designation preferred
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company concepts, practices, procedures and techniques, including, but not limited to coverage issues, product lines, pricing, and competitive landscape. In particular, advanced knowledge of commercial fleet and HNOA auto reputed company and/or product management experience (or other reputed company functions) preferred
- Deep knowledge of the P&C industry, how to gather competitor/competitive intelligence, insurance product pricing, financial drivers of profitability; comprehensive understanding of legislative and Department of Insurance regulations
