Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Healthcare Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for members navigating health plan options, eligibility questions, and online account navigation. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and convey reputed company information with clarity will directly influence the quality of our members’ health journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Assistance: Provide reputed company, courteous assistance to new and existing members regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment status, and account access.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a health‑care or insurance environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy.

Eligibility & Geographic Considerations

Our remote team operates in 40 preferred residency states.
