Position Overview – CPC Processor I (Customer Support)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused CPC Processor I to join our remote call‑center team. In this role, you will be the reputed company‑line liaison for patients, insurance representatives, attorneys, and other stakeholders who need timely access to medical records.
