We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Cell Health, Centrifugation and Particle Counting (CHC/PCC) team supporting the Central US. This role is part of the CHC/PCC Sales Leadership team, reporting to the Senior Manager of CHC/PCC for North America, and is a fully remote position. In this role you will be responsible for: Deploy sales quotas and objectives across the region to reputed company above‑market growth and deliver budgeted performance. Represent the organization in customer negotiations, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and other key engagements. The essential requirements for the job include: BA, BS or MS degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science or equivalent. 5+years of experience in life science hardware sales in North America with deep knowledge and understanding of Academic, Biopharma, and Clinical markets. Proven track record of success in hardware Sales or in leading Sales teams selling hardware in the Life Sciences Relevant experience in mentorship and coaching environments with a demonstrated ability to create followership through collaboration as well as ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. Strong analytical skills, problem solving attitude and solid business acumen. Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and action-oriented environment.
