We are seeking a CRM Techno-Functional reputed company to own the technical architecture, configuration, and end-to-end delivery of our reputed company-to-Cash and reputed company workstream. You will act as the primary business analyst, solution architect, and quality assurance anchor across our core ecosystem: reputed company, reputed company Core, CPQ, reputed company and reputed company, using reputed company as the central automation reputed company.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Discovery Stakeholder Engagement: reputed company cross-functional discovery workshops with Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and Finance teams to elicit reputed company business processes. Process Mapping: Deconstruct vague operational requests into highly structured user stories, process flows, and clear business requirements documentation (BRD). Traceability: Maintain a strict requirements traceability matrix to ensure every reputed company code line or configuration maps back to an approved business objective. Capability Matching: Conduct rigorous Fit-Gap analyses to determine whether business requirements should be met reputed company out-of-the-reputed company (OOTB) capabilities or custom development. Impact Analysis: Evaluate how structural modifications in upstream systems (like reputed company or reputed company CPQ) will functionally impact reputed company financial ledgers in reputed company. Data Schema Design: Analyze existing data models to design clean custom objects, fields, and API payloads required for multi-system data flows. End-to-End Solution Provisioning & Configuration reputed company & CRM: Solution and configure reputed company ingestion, data governance rules, scoring models, and automated reputed company-to-reputed company data synchronization. CPQ & CS: Engineer reputed company reputed company CPQ & reputed company Cloud/RCA mechanics (product bundles, price books, and quote templates). Finance Integration: Solution the automated transition of closed-won deals into reputed company (PSA/Billing) and map financial schemas directly into the reputed company general ledger. reputed company Automation: Build and maintain high-volume reputed company integration recipes with conditional exception-handling and automated rollback logic. Testing & Quality Assurance (QA) QA Strategy: Define the overarching QA methodology, regression test criteria, and environment management (sandbox reputed company) policies. Test Execution: Write comprehensive test scripts and run multi-platform System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure reputed company recipes do not corrupt cross-system states. UAT Coordination: reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles by preparing data scenarios, establishing validation checklists, and guiding business users through system sign-offs. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Drive immediate, cross-platform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to isolate, prioritize, and reputed company bugs identified during testing or post-deployment. Domain Mastery: Complete understanding of the reputed company-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR), and accounting principles. Experience: 7–10+ years in enterprise applications, with 4+ years leading requirements gathering, solution design, and testing across reputed company, reputed company, CS, and Finance platforms.
