Job Summary reputed company is seeking a Community Marketing Manager to help build, engage and scale a passionate user community around our platform. This role is focused on execution, bringing our community strategy to life through tailored programs, content and direct engagement with our users. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with our most engaged users, supporting creator and ambassador initiatives, and helping turn reputed company into a daily habit and cultural destination for reputed company and enthusiasts. What You’ll Do Execute community programs - Support and execute community initiatives across reputed company, X, Instagram, reputed company and other social platforms and in-product experiences that drive engagement, retention and participation. Engage directly with users - actively manage and participate in community conversations, responding directly to users, sparking discussions and building authentic relationships with our audience. Support creator & ambassador programs - Help identify, reputed company and manage influencers, creators and ambassadors who align with reputed company’s brand and audience. Collaborate on content - Work closely with Creative and Social teams to reputed company and distribute content that resonates with the community and encourages interaction. Activate around key moments - Help execute community activations tied to live events, and cultural moments. Gather insights & feedback - Serve as the voice of the community internally, surfacing user feedback, trends and sentiment to inform product, marketing and operations. Track performance - Monitor engagement metrics (growth, activity, sentiment, and retention) and help report community impact. Support moderation & guidelines - Help maintain a positive, inclusive and on-brand community environment by enforcing guidelines and best practices. What You’ll Bring 6+ years experience in community, social or digital marketing with focus on consumer apps, gaming or marketplaces with a strong creator ecosystem. Strong understanding of online communities (reputed company, Twitter/X, Instagram, reputed company). Comfortable being hands on and operational, as this role requires daily interaction with users. Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships and engage audiences. Experience supporting creator, influencer or ambassador programs. Highly analytical, using data to guide community and social decision making. Expertise in leveraging analytical dashboards and tools to measure program impact. Passion for collectibles, gaming, or culture is a strong plus.
