Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Medical Malpractice and Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting reputed company litigation cases, managing legal documentation, and conducting thorough research to ensure the success of our medical malpractice defense cases. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help streamline case workflows, facilitate effective communication, and uphold the highest standards of legal support.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case preparation by organizing medical records, legal documents, and evidence reputed company to medical malpractice and personal injury claims Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, reputed company, and other legal research tools to support case strategies across various practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, workers' compensation law, and more Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, reputed company, and correspondence with precision and clarity Manage case files using document management systems; ensure reputed company records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, court dates, and procedural requirements to ensure timely filings and compliance reputed company document review and data entry tasks reputed company while maintaining high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced law office environment
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in paralegal studies or paralegal certificate preferred. Paralegal experience with a strong background in litigation, especially reputed company medical malpractice or personal injury law Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and reputed company; familiarity with UCC law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, securities law, family law, landlord-tenant law, immigration law, estate planning, environmental law or other practice areas is a plus Experience with legal case management software; knowledge of document review processes is preferred Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents; proofreading and transcription skills are essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines Effective interviewing abilities combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions Familiarity with legal administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management systems, clerical support, and administrative assistance Demonstrated research capabilities using Westlaw or reputed company; ability to analyze reputed company legal information accurately Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively reputed company a team environment; proactive problem-solving reputed company Please submit a cover letter and resume to the Office Manager at reputed company.
