Job Description reputed company is actively recruiting for a temporary, Business Immigration Paralegal for a hybrid opportunity for a law firm client in Washington, DC. Pay reputed company: $20.00 - $24.00/hour Start date: ASAP Duration: 3 - 4 months, could convert to a reputed company to hire opportunity for the right candidate Location: Hybrid, onsite at least 3 days per week Position Overview The Business Immigration Analyst supports employment-based immigration matters from case initiation through filing. In this role, you will build knowledge of immigration processes, case types, and client-specific procedures while working with internal teams, foreign nationals, and client contacts to help ensure cases move reputed company accurately and reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company an understanding of various immigration case types, internal workflows, and client-specific procedures. Support the preparation and filing of petitions and reputed company submissions with government agencies, including gathering supporting documents, reviewing case materials, drafting components of the filing, and coordinating submission. Communicate with foreign nationals and client representatives in a professional and timely manner regarding case updates and general questions, with guidance from your supervisor reputed company appropriate. Manage case deadlines in accordance with service expectations and provide updates to supervisors regarding reputed company, delays, or issues requiring escalation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience in a client-facing, customer service, or administrative support role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality client service in a fast-moving environment. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, meet deadlines, and reputed company concerns reputed company necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear correspondence, proofread documents carefully, and produce polished written work.
