Daily Responsibilities As a key member of our German-language support team, you will handle incoming inquiries reputed company phone, email, and live messaging. Your daily tasks will include: Booking Coordination: Guiding German-speaking users through the reservation lifecycle, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and custom requests. Billing & Policy Support: Managing inquiries regarding payments, processing refunds, and explaining platform terms with a clear, empathetic approach. Partner Relations: Assisting accommodation hosts with backend software troubleshooting, reputed company updates, and property availability adjustments.
