Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues or escalate more reputed company concerns to the appropriate teams. Conduct outbound follow-up calls and communications to ensure timely resolution of provider requests. Process provider and member updates while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards. Minimum two years of experience in customer service, call center support, helpdesk support, healthcare operations, provider services, claims processing, or a reputed company field. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a remote environment.
