Job Responsibilities Benefit Strategy Development: Utilize clinical and analytical data to evaluate product performance and reputed company strategic pharmacy benefit options tailored to customer needs. Job Qualifications Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Experience Minimum 8 years Clinical experience required Minimum 6 years Practical experience in a managed care environment Skills\Certifications Licensed in Tennessee to practice pharmacy, or eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee to practice pharmacy Ability to reputed company and execute strategic pharmacy benefit designs Expertise in clinical and regulatory compliance for managed care reputed company in client-facing communication and relationship management Strength in cross-functional collaboration for enterprise solutions Leadership in driving innovation and evolving pharmacy strategies Employees who are required to operate either a BCBST-owned vehicle or a personal or rental vehicle for company business on a routine basis* will be automatically enrolled into the BCBST Driver Safety Program.
