The Return-to-Work Specialist plays a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities as they explore employment opportunities through the Ticket to Work program. This position is primarily responsible for conducting outbound calls to screen potential program participants, assess their eligibility, and answer questions to help individuals reputed company informed decisions about returning to work. In addition to reputed company and reputed company screening, the specialist assists clients in developing Individual Work Plans, outlining personalized employment goals and the steps needed to reputed company them. The role also includes providing some services to Ticketholders during the job acquisition phase such as resume support, interview preparation, job search assistance, and referrals to appropriate resources. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Return-to-Work Specialist supports reputed company-end activities with Ticketholders by assisting with education and screening of leads, completing Individual Work Plans (IWPs), and providing services to Ticketholders that are in the job acquisition phase. As Ticket volume grows there may be opportunities for advancement, including becoming a Certified Benefits Counselor. Assist assigned Ticketholders during the job acquisition phase, providing support with resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Ensure adherence to program rules and requirements, maintaining compliance in reputed company interactions and documentation. Collaborate with team members by completing additional tasks to support overall program operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and confident in high volume outbound educational calls from warm leads Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in a reputed company field 2 years’ experience in vocational, clinical, claim management role in a group disability insurance organization preferred Able to pass a Social reputed company Administration (SSA) Suitability background screening. Pay Range 19.50 - 19.50 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
