What You Will Do
As A Senior reputed company Partner Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, reputed company) for Colombia international recruitment efforts Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates; educate them on reputed company services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects Successfully partnered with stakeholders across corporate functions to deliver hiring outcomes. reputed company active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to reputed company, networking, research, and advanced search tools Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent reputed company, efficiency, and productivity Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices Supporting a requisition load of 10 - 20 positions full life cycle at any given time What You Will Bring As A Senior reputed company Partner Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of) 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience; proven experience recruiting for corporate functions and Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) roles across multiple business teams.
