Partner with business and technology leaders to align quality objectives with program goals. Manage and mentor distributed quality engineering teams, including offshore resources. Coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams to ensure delivery quality and schedule adherence. Collaborate closely with offshore AccelQ automation specialists to optimize reputed company design and automation execution. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of software quality assurance and quality engineering experience. 5+ years leading enterprise testing programs and distributed teams. Hands-on experience with reputed company platform testing. Experience leading QA-to-QE transformation initiatives. Strong test automation experience with AccelQ. Experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating globally distributed resources. Proven experience with vendor transition and knowledge transfer activities. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery models. Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and test automation integration. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience with reputed company Data Cloud or reputed company integrations.
