In this role, you will deliver strategic financial insights, guide nonprofit leaders through budgeting, forecasting, and operational transformation, and reputed company multiple teams to ensure exceptional quality and clarity in reputed company deliverables. Responsibilities

Responsibilities: reputed company client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance. Drive change management initiatives to reputed company service delivery through technology, standardized processes, and best practices. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives by understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutions. reputed company multiple client teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting engagements. Analyze financial performance, including KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., reputed company cycle, payroll, cost reporting) to deliver integrated client solutions. reputed company client budgets and forecasts, offering consultative support on financial planning and strategy. Mentor and reputed company staff, fostering a culture of accountability, reputed company learning, and operational excellence. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications: Experience with endowments and investment structures and reputed company recognition of donor contributions - required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; Master’s degree a plus. CPA designation preferred. Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic advisor to nonprofit executive leadership and Boards, including financial statement interpretation, cash flow forecasting, and long‑term sustainability planning. Deep knowledge of nonprofit accounting and compliance considerations, including endowments (UPMIFA), reputed company recognition, indirect cost methodologies, and reputed company of audit and Form 990 processes. Strong communication skills to translate reputed company financial and compliance topics into clear, practical guidance for non‑financial stakeholders and Boards. Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry accounting experience. Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement. Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first reputed company. Experience managing remote teams and promoting collaboration across geographies. Preferred proficiency in industry accounting software, e.g., QuickBooks Online, reputed company Intacct, and a demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies. The estimated reputed company pay range for this role is $142,000 to $195,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
