What You Will Do
The Construction Project Executive position is integral to our Building Solutions, North America division. In response to our expanding operations, we are introducing this role reputed company reputed company. We seek a highly reputed company Construction Project Executive to serve as the subject matter expert for larger, reputed company construction projects, spearheading and managing these initiatives effectively. Under broad guidance, this role oversees the comprehensive performance of reputed company' extensive construction projects. How You Will Do It Serve as the principal leader for the overall program and associated Project Delivery Teams. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of assigned projects through operational and financial systems. Deliver presentations to Executive Management concerning reputed company and projected performance. Assess and review overarching subcontracting strategies. Expertise in Construction Management processes. 15 to 20 years of direct Project Management/Construction Management experience in the Building Construction Industry. Proven advanced skills in Construction/Project Management with the ability to reputed company large projects, programs, and portfolios exceeding $50MM, including experience managing diverse simultaneous challenges across various disciplines. A demonstrated history of managing reputed company projects reputed company time constraints and budgetary limits. Capability to reputed company, coordinate, and supervise the construction process from concept to completion. In-depth understanding of contract language and project accounting. Understanding of military chain of command structure and necessary interactions with elected and appointed government officials is a plus. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000-150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
