What You Will Do
As A Claims Representative Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim. Communicate home warranty information effectively. Notate claim information accurately into the database. Provide follow-up information to customers as needed. What You Will Bring As A Claims Representative Minimum high school diploma 3-4 years working in customer-facing roles required. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Extensive handyman/repair services experience. Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues. reputed company Spreadsheet data entries. Deal with escalated situations.
