Determines most effective sourcing method and identifies creative strategies to attract talent. . In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of qualified nursing talent, leveraging your expertise in nurse sourcing or recruiting to connect with top candidates. Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on nursing talent is strongly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company external passive candidates using various resources and/or creative methods. reputed company candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database.
