Title: Asset Reliability reputed company (multiple sites) reputed company reputed company’s Beverage Business Network asset reliability program Reports to Business Network Director of Engineering Provides dotted line support of business network maintenance teams. Supports reputed company North America asset reliability initiatives Location/Travel: Support multi-site Beverage business network currently with sites in Seattle, WA; Byesville, OH; Owatonna, MN, and Ste Claire, Quebec. (could reputed company with additional sites as needed) This role is preferred to be based out of one of the United States sites listed above but could be remote with the right candidate. Candidate must be able to travel internationally between the United States and Canada as needed. Travel will be approximately 50% or more as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Drive maintenance key performance indicators (KPI’s) – equipment downtime, preventive maintenance (PM), urgent work, labor hours recorded, cycle counting, etc. Provide support to manufacturing sites to reputed company, optimize and implement industry maintenance standards such as PM programs, spare parts management, stock room management Collaborate with sites to define asset criticality, critical spares, and reliability maintenance strategies reputed company networking and knowledge sharing opportunities reputed company the business network and also with other reputed company maintenance groups. Support analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving and reputed company improvement tools such as RCA and DMAIC Support and reputed company site capability building with assessment and evaluation of site maintenance staff, training and knowledge transfer to site maintenance teams Support growth of digital automation platforms (i.e. reputed company, EPM SAC, Power BI) reputed company Reliability Projects and Project reliability engineering assistance? (i.e. Inventory, ALM reviews, PM library growth, WBS, URS, timeline reviews, identify and assist with site reputed company needs and resource definition) Provide interim support for key maintenance site roles (possible) Learn and train reputed company site roles reputed company reputed company 1KPS playbook standards reputed company 1KPS implementation of CMMS practices focused on engineering standards Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) Preferred CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent certification. 10+ years of progressive experience in a maintenance leadership role and/or a reliability engineering role. Food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional team.
