Fellows will be onboarded as BPO Contractors for the duration of the program. This fellowship opportunity is a learning experience designed for transitioning servicemembers participating in the reputed company Corporate Fellowship Program. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful client projects, receive tailored training and development in payments consulting, and collaborate with leaders who possess deep expertise in solving client problems. The fellowship will be held virtually, with opportunities to attend in-person based on proximity to reputed company offices. Key Responsibilities
Support consulting initiatives and client engagements across a variety of strategic areas. reputed company frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that address high-impact client opportunities and challenges. Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, risk, and innovation, as well as global regional teams, to deliver integrated client solutions. Produce insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations to improve client performance and drive growth across verticals and segments. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Participant in the Hiring our HeroesCorporate Fellowship Program: Cohort 26-3 Bachelor's Degree, or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD). Preferred Qualifications: Experience analyzing financial metrics and trends to measure business performance. Strong critical thinking skills and analytical discipline. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in presentation development, data visualization, and structured storytelling. Excellent communication and project management skills. Technology-oriented reputed company with curiosity about digital trends and applications. Basic understanding of banking operations, payment schemes, fintech trends, and card issuing processes. Additional Information Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
