Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality and compliance initiatives reputed company a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is responsible for reviewing work outputs, ensuring adherence to established standards, and driving reputed company process improvements. Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality reviews of case work, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards Identify trends, errors, and process gaps; recommend and implement corrective actions Monitor production metrics and turnaround times to ensure service level expectations are met Ensure adherence to federal, state, and regulatory requirements Maintain detailed quality assurance records, audit logs, and reporting documentation Investigate quality issues and partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance and quality outcomes Assist with onboarding and training new team members on quality standards and processes Support documentation preparation for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and stakeholders to enhance quality processes Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative healthcare position (Patient access, insurance verification, medical assistant, etc.) Strong attention to detail and analytical reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with data tracking, reporting, or audit processes Proficiency in reputed company Office or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements Experience reviewing case files, audits, or documentation workflows Hours 8:00am-4:30pm CST Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
