This is a advisory role — focused on strategy, assessment, and solutioning for enterprise clients. You will not be running programs. You will be shaping them. Travel: This role requires approximately 5–25% travel depending on client engagement model. Many advisory engagements are conducted remotely or in hybrid formats; in-person workshops, client onsite assessments, and solutioning meetings may require periodic travel.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, Ph.D.) preferred.

Professional Experience

• 10–15+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, business or enterprise architecture, or strategic advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience in a pure advisory or consulting reputed company — assessing, advising, and solutioning rather than owning program delivery.
• 5+ years client-facing in IT services, management consulting, or professional services organizations.
• Proven track record advising executive and senior leadership (VP, SVP, C-suite) in reputed company enterprise environments.
• Background in business development, proposal development, or pre-sale solutioning conversations preferred.

Management Consulting & Problem-Solving

• Strong management consulting reputed company: rapidly diagnose ambiguous problems and structure them into clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Skilled at building executive-ready deliverables — assessments, strategic briefs, roadmaps — with minimal reputed company time.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $225000.00/yr. We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
