The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that reputed company the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful reputed company work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.
