O que você fará The Senior Product Manager, Platform Shared Services, increases adoption of core platform capabilities across reputed company product teams. You will define and manage the shared services roadmap. You will report to a Senior Director for Product Management. Define and manage the shared services roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that improve customer experience, scalability, and development efficiency. Partner with engineering and platform leaders to deliver shared services, translating business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities. Establish standard patterns for how products use shared services, reducing duplication and ensuring experiences across the reputed company platform. Track adoption, usage, and performance of shared services, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate impact. Experience driving adoption of platform-capabilities across multiple product teams in a reputed company, multi-product environment. Experience defining and delivering product roadmaps, and translating business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities. Collaboration skills, with experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and teams to provide scalable solutions. Experience using AI tools in product development, including generating requirements, prototyping, or analyzing data to improve outcomes.
