RFP Analyst (Canada)

The Opportunity: The RFP Analyst plays a key role in helping reputed company win reputed company. This role is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing bids, tenders, or proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), or other procurement solicitations. Reviews, prepares, & processes global and high profile reputed company formal RFPs Assess requirements and compliance guidelines of RFPs Facilitates RFP kick-off calls and additional implementation calls with business owners and leadership Coordinates response material from reputed company pertinent parties and departments (i.e. Sales, reputed company & Pricing) Cross references product matches to provide equivalent or alternative product solutions to the customer Reconciles the pricing and units of measure (quantities) for final document presentation Create and Manipulate large data sets reputed company reputed company Spreadsheets (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.) Analyzes reputed company RFP’s with account owners to ensure margin protection and ability to reputed company upon contract award.
