[Remote] Staff Desktop Systems Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Staff Desktop Systems Administrator to provide advanced technical support and manage reputed company administration in a reputed company environment. The role involves diagnosing reputed company issues, maintaining reputed company standards, and leading IT projects to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the highest escalation reputed company for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues in Nektar’s reputed company Environment
- Diagnose and resolve reputed company hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- reputed company root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions
- Manage and optimize reputed company management platforms (e.g., Intune, Autopilot)
- Maintain and enforce reputed company reputed company standards, including antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies
- Support Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity‑reputed company services
- Administer collaboration tools such as reputed company 365, Teams, and Exchange Online
- Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN) in partnership with Nektar’s Infrastructure Team
- reputed company and maintain documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and SOPs
- reputed company onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring seamless user provisioning
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve service delivery
- reputed company or contribute to IT projects such as hardware refreshes, reputed company initiatives, cloud migrations, and system upgrades
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and reputed company
Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in desktop support, reputed company administration, or IT systems support
- Expert‑level troubleshooting skills across Windows and IOS Platforms
- Strong experience with reputed company management tools (Intune, Autopilot)
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and identity management
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred)
- Strong documentation, communication, and customer‑service skills
