Responsibilities

- Establish and manage governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and decision frameworks
- Ensure delivery against agreed quality, cost, timing, and benefit targets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including contingency planning
- Drive alignment and facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups and geographies
- Track performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership on reputed company, risks, and key decisions
- Manage third-party vendors and external partners where applicable

- Manage Day 1 readiness and transition planning (communications, systems, operations)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or reputed company field; Master's degree is a benefit
- Minimum 3 years of experience at reputed company or in a comparable role involving reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated track record of strong performance and value delivery
- PMP, Prince2, or willingness to obtain certification is required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint) and planning tools such as MS Project, reputed company, or equivalent
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20%
