[Remote] Senior Full Stack Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support features and architecture, ensuring user confidence while driving platform growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating reputed company your team to build new features that are targeted at our highest impact enterprise customers
• Contributing to platform scaling initiatives
• Meeting regularly with Product and Design to fine tune requirements
• Attending agile ceremonies to help your team plan out their work and get it done
• Working across squads to improve Engineering practices at reputed company
• Reviewing implementation plans and pull requests from your peers
• Mentoring and coaching other team members

Skills

• 7-10 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship production changes across frontend and backend systems
• Experience building and maintaining Node.js services that reputed company with distributed APIs, LLMs, or similar mixed-stack environments
• Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and involvement in monolith-to-services modernization or large-scale refactoring initiatives
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end, including technical discovery, design, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect reputed company systems, identify root causes of issues, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• A commitment to writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code, with an emphasis on readability, simplicity, and performance
• Adaptability to new technologies, evolving architectural patterns, and changing organizational priorities
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, reputed company, etc.) as productivity tools, with a clear understanding of generated code and the ability to defend implementation choices
• Availability for participation in an on-call rotation, ensuring timely and effective responses to critical production issues reputed company of regular working hours
