The Market Access & Reimbursement reputed company is responsible for developing and executing reimbursement strategies to reputed company product adoption and patient access, while partnering with stakeholders to address access barriers and influence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute account- and region-specific market access and reimbursement plans
- reputed company engagements with hospital leadership, reimbursement stakeholders, and clinical decision-makers
- Identify, prioritize, and mitigate reimbursement barriers impacting product adoption
- Engage with commercial and government payers to address coverage, coding, and payment issues
- Interpret evolving payer policies and translate into actionable strategies for customers and internal teams
- Provide advanced guidance on coding optimization, payment reputed company, and site-of-care strategy
- Present economic value propositions, including budget impact models, to hospital and financial stakeholders
- Influence customer adoption decisions through effective reimbursement and value-based positioning
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HEOR, and Regulatory to align on access strategy
- Mentor junior team members and support capability development across the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business or reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, market access, or reputed company field
- Combined years of experience and education will be considered
- Experience in medical device market access or field reimbursement roles
- Experience engaging with payer organizations or leading reimbursement discussions
- Demonstrated experience developing account-level or regional access strategies
- Ability to interpret and apply clinical and economic evidence in customer engagements
- Experience presenting to hospital leadership, finance teams, or executive stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Travel domestically up to 60 %
- Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement systems, payer policy, and coverage dynamics
- Deep understanding of coding, billing, and payment methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence provider stakeholders and drive access outcomes
