[Remote] Account Executive (Remote - Massachusetts)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PUMA Group is a global sports brand creating footwear, apparel, and accessories that reputed company athletes and everyday movers. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with Running Specialty accounts, reputed company sales targets, and provide technical expertise and training reputed company the designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Travel extensively throughout designated territory calling on reputed company assigned Running Specialty accounts, weekends sometimes required for key events
- Attend key retailer and channel events, such as trade shows and conferences
- Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell through
- reputed company and maintain strong relationship with accounts in the territory as well as internal stakeholders to help drive the business
- Manage reputed company aspects of the business for wholesale account list including, but not limited to:
- Sell in process – product presentations and product trainings
- Business planning, order entry and reputed company operational tasks
- Order book management
- Shop merchandising and sell through planning
- reputed company annual sales volume targets for given territory and key accounts
- reputed company annual channel distribution targets for given territory
- Deliver reputed company orders by booking deadline
- Provide Channel Sales Manager with weekly account updates and sales tracking to both prebook and annual quarterly sales targets
- Identify and cultivate new Running Specialty accounts reputed company the designated territory
- Provide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales reputed company the market, as needed
- Proactively manage order book with designated Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis to review reputed company open orders and ensure product is shipping
Skills
- Ability to travel is required
- Must have comprehensive, reputed company experience and knowledge, including technical knowledge of Running footwear and apparel, including competitive brands
- Proficient with reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- High level of energy and professionalism
- Exceptional follow through and organizational skills
- Ability to convincingly present product and brand using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and focus on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years in an reputed company sales role, Running and/or sports industry preferred
- Former competitive high school or collegiate runner is preferred
