The Associate Director, Art Direction - Performance Marketing is responsible for leading the visual direction of key accounts, mentoring a team of designers, and ensuring cohesive aesthetics across multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in art direction or design reputed company a creative agency or high-growth brand environment or reputed company field
• Showcasing a mastery of art direction, layout, typography, and integrated visual storytelling across various platforms
• Expertise in performance marketing
• Experience leading small teams or overseeing the work of freelancers and junior creatives
