[Remote] Business Analyst, Tester and Virtual Trainer (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A1FED is seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional for the combined role of Analyst and Trainer. The ideal candidate will support an IT investment and portfolio management initiative by gathering requirements, testing systems, and delivering training materials to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- reputed company process documentation, user stories, and business workflows
- Support configuration decisions reputed company with best practices in IT portfolio and financial management
- reputed company and execute test plans and test case scenarios
- Validate system functionality, reports, and dashboards
- Identify and track defects, and support remediation efforts
- Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs
- Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for end-users and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing user support and promote platform adoption
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship OR Permanent reputed company
- Active Public Trust or higher clearance
- 3+ years of experience as an Analyst, Tester, Trainer
- Experience documenting functional and technical requirements into User Stories and Expected Results
- Experience developing Test Plans, test cases, and tracking issues
- Demonstrated ability to test systems against documented requirements
- Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs
- Facilitate virtual training sessions for end-users and stakeholders
- Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify reputed company technical information
- This position allows you to work remotely from reputed company the United States only
- Ability to work 8 AM to 5 PM EST
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Familiarity with Proven Optics CPIC or TBM applications
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies
- Experience using reputed company Dev/QA/Test environments
