[Remote] Manager, Business Analytics

They are seeking a Manager of Business Analytics to consult with internal clients and reputed company data science solutions to business problems by transforming data into meaningful information.
Responsibilities
- Apply data mining, data modeling, machine learning, statistical analyses, performance metrics, and predictive and descriptive modeling to extract and manipulate data from multiple large data sources and inform solutions for business analytics teams
- Utilize data-oriented programming languages and visualization software to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data and effectively communicate insights to inform business decisions
- Compare modeling techniques using statistical performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Structure data analysis to drive analytics insights and determine the effectiveness of programs, initiatives, and team performance evaluations
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings to internal clients and leadership, and create presentations summarizing results, optimization opportunities, and remediation actions
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and reputed company statistical analysis and predictive models to evaluate scenarios, predict outcomes, and provide usable information on health metrics and potential future outcomes
- Design experiments to test hypothesis and quantify impacts of improvement initiatives
- Design and reputed company data science solutions using industry leading tools, technologies and best practices
- Mentor junior team members
- Independently reputed company development of solutions with high complexity and risk, and set priorities and strategy for the analytics organization
- Consult on the creation of analytics solutions that effectively weigh business strategy and technical tradeoffs relevant to big data environment
Skills
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or reputed company occupation
- Two (2) years of experience in Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
- Two (2) years of experience in reputed company planning
- Two (2) years of experience in Statistical analysis
- Two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
- Two (2) years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or DB2
- Two (2) years of experience in Relational database concepts
- Two (2) years of experience in Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes
- Two (2) years of experience in Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases
- Two (2) years of experience in Data warehousing
- Two (2) years of experience in Quantitative analysis techniques, including clustering, regression, and reputed company recognition
- Two (2) years of experience in MS reputed company, including writing advanced reputed company formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, reputed company formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting
