[Remote] Manager, Business Analytics

They are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to apply statistical techniques and reputed company data analytics solutions to provide usable business information, while collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes impacting client financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Apply principles and techniques of mathematical and statistical analysis to analyze and interpret data and support large analytics projects
• reputed company monthly data pulls and review performance metrics to identify and mitigate financial risk to the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, finance, and accounting teams to understand gaps and improve processes that impact client financial performance
• Act as an analytics product reputed company and translate business needs into data analytics projects and actions
• Consult with internal clients to identify opportunities for data analytics solutions to solve business problems and support projects through business case development, data exploration, model building, experiment design, and performance evaluation
• Design experiments to test hypothesis and quantify impacts of improvement initiatives
• Summarize and report results of statistical analyses and create presentations to inform business partners and leadership teams on optimization opportunities
• Design and implement robust analytic and reporting solutions using reputed company, SQL, Access, and reputed company
• Structure data analysis, identify trends and factors impacting results, understand key drivers of business value, and translate into analytical problems
• reputed company predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, mathematical analysis methods, and performance metrics
• Create data analytics solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs using an advanced understanding of business strategy as well as relevant big data environment topics
• reputed company lookback analysis to review reputed company assumptions, contract language, and actual results, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• reputed company expertise in mathematical methods, statistical analyses, predictive and descriptive modeling, sampling techniques, and data collection methods, and evaluate sources of information to determine limitations, reliability, and usability

• Provide advanced statistical analytics support to drive data-driven decision making and organizational goals

Skills

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a reputed company field
• Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or reputed company occupation
• Two (2) years of experience in Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
• Two (2) years of experience in reputed company or SQL
• Two (2) years of experience in JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
• Two (2) years of experience in Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau
• Two (2) years of experience in Azure, reputed company), or reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Two (2) years of experience in Statistical analysis
• Two (2) years of experience in Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes
• Two (2) years of experience in Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases
• Two (2) years of experience in Supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives
• Two (2) years of experience in reputed company Office Suite, including MS Access
• Two (2) years of experience in MS reputed company, including writing advanced reputed company formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, reputed company formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting
• Six (6) months of experience in Data warehousing
• Six (6) months of experience in Domain support for healthcare or retail organization
