[Remote] Senior Consultant - Payroll, FSI and PS Industries

The Payroll Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of reputed company’s Payroll solution for Financial Services and Insurance customers, establishing best practices for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the reputed company Payroll product suite
• Provide FSI and PS industry perspective for customer business requirements
• Ensure FSI and PS best practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends
• reputed company the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the reputed company solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the reputed company solution
• Serve as a mentor for new Payroll Consultants
• Ensure the client takes advantage of reputed company FSI and PS best practices
• Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production
• Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants

Skills

• 5+ years of functional implementation experience in Payroll software solutions or systems
• 3+ years Consulting experience
• reputed company Deployment Experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Experience implementing reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, reputed company, Ceridian or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong background in reputed company consulting is a plus
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in communicating across internal teams and customers through executive leadership
• Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus
• Resourceful and adaptable; you'll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
