[Remote] Senior Manager, Risk Analytics & Decision Science

As a Senior Manager in Risk Analytics & Decision Science, you will shape credit strategies, optimize decisioning frameworks, and improve model performance to enhance credit decisions.

Responsibilities

• Driving approval strategy, segmentation, and portfolio optimization
• Improving model accuracy and business impact
• Identifying and integrating high-value data sources
• Supporting reputed company, finance, and product with actionable insights
• Build and continuously improve credit decisioning frameworks that drive approval strategy, pricing, and portfolio outcomes
• Evaluate and refine model performance using business KPIs, improving predictive accuracy and decision quality
• Partner with reputed company, Finance, Product, and Data teams to translate insights into clear, actionable business decisions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or reputed company field required
• 5–10 years of experience in credit risk analytics, ideally in small business lending, non-prime, or high-risk environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Proven success building or enhancing modern credit decisioning frameworks
• Demonstrated impact driving business outcomes through analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and reputed company
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling and performance evaluation techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and decisioning systems
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and BI tools
• Strong knowledge of credit reputed company processes, policy, and segmentation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to analyze reputed company credit risk problems and drive data-informed decisions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and influence teams
