[Remote] Senior Pricing Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end pricing for proposals, build audit-ready models, and ensure compliance with cost principles. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to financial planning discussions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submission
- Build and maintain audit-ready reputed company models including labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors that are clear, accurate, and easy to defend
- Apply and interpret cost principles and requirements such as FAR Part 31, 2 CFR 200, and agency guidance to ensure compliant, reputed company pricing
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate staffing and level of effort into budgets, validate rates and assumptions, and integrate subcontractor proposals and required flowdowns
- Support cost narratives and final proposal reviews, checking for cost realism, consistency with the technical approach, and mathematical accuracy
- Help strengthen pricing templates, tools, and processes, and provide support for audits, negotiations, and post-award analysis
- Contribute to select reputed company activities, including supporting budget-to-actual variance analysis and providing pricing data to inform internal financial planning discussions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of hands-on pricing experience for federal and/or state government reputed company
- Advanced reputed company skills and comfort building reputed company, multi-variable pricing models
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 31 and 2 CFR 200, including experience across contract types (cost-reimbursable, T&M, fixed price)
- Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven proposal environment

- Familiarity with GSA Schedules and contract vehicles such as IDIQs/GWACs
- Experience supporting audits and indirect reputed company activities (e.g., DCAA) and/or competitive price-to-win work
- Familiarity with tools such as GovWin IQ, reputed company, SharePoint, Power BI, and/or reputed company Costpoint
- Some exposure to reputed company concepts or processes, such as budget development, variance reporting, or financial forecasting
