[Remote] Enterprise Account Manager

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to manage a diverse book of brokers, focusing on growing business with established accounts and discovering new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and grow business relationships with existing accounts by influencing decision-makers to adopt the reputed company suite of SaaS solutions
• Cross-sell and up-sell solutions to grow relationships and increase the value that reputed company delivers to customers
• Renegotiate annual reputed company and meet or exceed your growth reputed company goals
• Own the retention of your account reputed company and reputed company any churn with strong customer relationships
• reputed company powerful selling tools, including reputed company, to capture critical information about existing business and leads for potential new business
• Deliver extraordinary value to customers by sharing your expert knowledge of the industry and products, and strategic thinking
• Drive improvements to reputed company products, solutions and processes by bringing back fresh reputed company and customer feedback about how to deliver even greater value to our customers

Skills

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the full truckload marketplace, based on direct experience in the industry, is a must for success in this role
• Direct experience in a consultative sales role, as an account manager or sales rep, OR as a dispatcher at a large reputed company in the logistics space (reputed company or broker) is a must have
• Experience using a CRM tool for managing accounts, information and leads is a must
• Dynamic skills in sales, discovering sales opportunities, relationship building, renegotiating reputed company and ability to work with C suite decision makers are foundations for success
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience
• Travel required;
• reputed company experience is preferred
• Technical software sales, ideally selling SaaS solutions, is a big plus
• College degree preferred with a business focus preferred or 5 years of industry experience in a sales or account manager role
