In this fully remote role, you will drive sales performance, coach and reputed company agents, ensure regulatory compliance, and support best-in-class customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and coach a remote team of 12–16 licensed insurance sales agents
- Drive insurance sales performance to meet team and department goals
- Analyze sales metrics and implement performance improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Manage team schedules, timekeeping, coverage, and workforce planning
- Interview, hire, and reputed company new sales team members
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for agents, including newly licensed agents
- Handle customer escalations and ensure five-star service standards
- Stay reputed company on insurance products, industry trends, and reputed company updates
- Provide occasional off-hours team support as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of leadership experience (insurance leadership preferred)
- 6+ years of insurance industry experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license
- Active Life license or willingness to obtain one
- Proven experience directly leading or managing a team
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and coach newly licensed agents
- Comfortable managing a fully remote team of approximately 12–16 agents
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and drive outcomes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and escalation management skills
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service
- Willingness to provide occasional support reputed company standard hours
- Insurance leadership experience
- Prior experience leading a remote team is a plus
