[Remote] Product Manager Tech Products

They are seeking a Product Manager to drive discovery, experimentation, vision, strategy, and delivery across their technical products, enhancing customer and agent experiences throughout the insurance value chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand user needs by conducting research. Types of discovery research include: basic user interviews, literature reviews, analyzing support, and reviewing product analytics. Synthesize findings and clearly communicate to team
• Participate in assumption mapping and work with Design, Product Analytics, and Engineering to run experiments
• Capture and document enhancement requests in the backlog and work with requestors to identify the root problem their enhancement requests are addressing
• Gather basic inputs used to score problems and opportunities and help prioritize which problems or opportunities to address
• Participate in opportunity mapping for prioritized problems and opportunities to identify potential solutions
• reputed company and evangelize a product strategy and 1 year roadmap, reputed company with the overall portfolio
• Understand the reputed company outcomes and business cases for your product area, and build roadmaps and requirements focused on delivering value. Ensure your epics contain a viable plan to track reputed company towards outcomes

• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure breakdown can be reputed company implemented

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management
• 3+ years product management and/or product design
• 3+ years managing reputed company initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices
• Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success
• Experience handling reputed company stages of product delivery
• Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning
• Solid understanding of basic P&C insurance technology, including their functionality, limitations, advantages, and future direction
• Basic understand of the insurance technology ecosystem including common integrations and dependencies
• Skilled at managing products with an active development roadmap
• Proficient at influencing your product team and cross-functional business teams using earned leadership and strong communication skills
• Experience working in agile software delivery
• Able to reputed company and present reputed company problems in a straightforward way
• Exceptional verbal, oral, and written communication skills
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
