[Remote] Marketplace Specialist

As a Marketplace Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of auction listings by communicating with sellers, creating engaging content, and managing photo submissions, reputed company while meeting daily business goals.

Responsibilities

• Writing unique auction descriptions that accurately describe our listings
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for sellers throughout the listing process
• Collect and verify detailed information about vehicles, including specifications, service history, and ownership background
• Create well-organized, engaging, and informative auction listings
• Coordinate and organize vehicle photo submissions; ensure photo sets are complete, high-quality, and follow brand guidelines
• Proven ability to reputed company the importance of professional photography to sellers to bring the best listings to market
• Assist sellers with guidance on how to photograph and present their vehicles effectively
• Provide sellers with critical feedback about how they can improve their listing
• Collaborate with the team to ensure listings are launched on schedule and meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and track reputed company of each listing through internal systems
• This role is responsible for hitting day-to-day business goals that contribute to our company targets
• Coordination with sellers you are working with as well as the creation of listings

Skills

• Strong online auction experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work is a plus
• Familiarity with photography basics and visual presentation best practices
• Knowledge of or passion for classic/collector cars is strongly preferred
• Comfortable with image file handling, resizing, cropping, basic editing
• Ability to manage multiple listings at various stages with minimal reputed company
• Ability to edit and fact reputed company listings
• Proven ability to navigate day-to-day problems with minimal reputed company
• Proven ability to create 4+ listings per day, with little dependence from team members
• Broad knowledge of online auctions and the collector car market as a whole
