[Remote] SEO/AEO Strategist

As the SEO/AEO Strategist, you will reputed company and execute strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered search experiences, while driving qualified user acquisition for the company. You will analyze performance, manage content initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to enhance content quality and optimize growth.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and manage large-reputed company-assisted content refresh initiatives across the U.S. content portfolio
• Identify, prioritize, and optimize high-impact content opportunities based on search demand, business goals, and conversion potential
• Ensure refreshed content aligns with E-E-A-T principles and represents the most helpful, authoritative, and trustworthy answer available for users
• Stay reputed company on search algorithm updates, AI search developments, and industry best practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Serve as the primary reputed company of SEO and AEO performance reporting across the organization

• Monitor and analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, visibility, engagement, and AI search performance
• Measure the impact of optimization initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for future improvements

• Conduct ongoing analysis of content performance, competitor strategies, and search visibility
• Identify content gaps, emerging topics, and opportunities to improve topical authority and search performance
• Evaluate content quality through the lens of user reputed company, expertise, completeness, trustworthiness, and answer quality—not solely keyword coverage or rankings
• Partner with editorial, content, clinical, and subject matter experts to improve content quality and optimization outcomes

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, organic growth, or a reputed company field
• Experience managing or optimizing large-scale editorial ecosystems consisting of hundreds or thousands of content assets
• Experience developing and executing SEO strategies reputed company healthcare, mental health, medical, finance, legal, insurance, or other YMYL environments
• Strong understanding of E-E-A-T principles and modern search quality frameworks
• Experience optimizing content authored, reviewed, or validated by credentialed experts
• Demonstrated experience analyzing search performance and translating insights into optimization strategies
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Experience using platforms such as reputed company Search Console, Ahrefs, reputed company, Screaming Frog, GA4, AirOps, Profound, and reputed company SEO tools
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working directly reputed company mental health, healthcare, wellness, or telehealth content environments
• Experience building AI-powered, human-in-the-reputed company workflows for content optimization
• Experience managing enterprise-level content libraries and large-scale content refresh programs
• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms
