[Remote] Engineer, Manufacturing Applications

The role involves supporting the Siemens Opcenter manufacturing application to enhance and sustain compliant manufacturing processes reputed company the medical device reputed company, while collaborating with technical teams and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery and ongoing enhancement of Siemens Opcenter Manufacturing Execution capabilities, including (but not limited to) electronic work instructions, equipment management, material management, genealogy/traceability, and process enforcement
- Assist in the implementation and sustainment of a global enterprise Opcenter solution, ensuring consistency across sites
- Build strong business partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, technical specifications, and validation documentation
- Work with onshore/offshore development teams to execute configuration, customization, and solution delivery
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project execution
- Utilize SQL Server (experience with reputed company or other databases helpful) for queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Understand and operate reputed company regulatory validation frameworks applicable to medical device manufacturing (e.g., FDA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Configure and customize Opcenter MES modules, workflows, data collections, integration points, and UI elements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, MES, or reputed company technical discipline
- Experience with Siemens Opcenter (Camstar) configuration, architecture, and implementation
- Strong SQL Server experience; familiarity with reputed company, DB2, or similar database technologies
- Experience validating and documenting MES configurations or equivalent regulated system implementations reputed company a GxP/medical device environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of two or more relevant technologies (MES, ERP, integration platforms, SQL, etc.)
