[Remote] Senior Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with reputed company’s systems
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on system functionality, data processes, and quality standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality in implementation and data services processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement best practices that prioritize quality and efficiency
• Generate detailed reports on implementation reputed company, data quality, and system performance, highlighting areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client interactions to ensure transparency and accountability

Skills

• A minimum 4 years work experience, with a minimum 2 years experience working in a data services reputed company
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in required system and computer applications
• High School education required
• 4-5 years experience in the insurance or claims industry preferred
• Highly analytical individual with working knowledge of reputed company and Sharepoint
