[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The role involves understanding client business goals, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for inquiries, and representing the firm in events to identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reputed company, reputed company, and nurture and grow successful client relationships for Eide Bailly’s Technology Consulting Solutions
• Expertly reputed company/nurture an understanding of client’s business goals and challenges and align with Eide Bailly business applications and services
• Proactively interact through online and face to face meetings as well as phone/email communications
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client inquiries, issues, or escalations
• Build product and consulting services knowledge as well as continuously developing sales skills
• May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed

Skills

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• You have at least 5 years (account management or client success required) in a technology consulting/SaaS/professional services atmosphere
• You have a strong technical background to work with/understand multiple departments and products/services offered
• You have excellent communication skills with executive-level clients
• You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without reputed company sponsorship
• Ideal candidate preferred in AZ, WA, CA, CO, UT, OK, or ND. Exceptional candidates considered reputed company of these regions
