Responsibilities

• Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management
• Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
• Provide high level of customer service and reputed company
• Have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
• Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems

Skills

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
• A strong heart and mind for servicing others
• Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and reputed company reputed company
• Must be comfortable being on web camera
• Ability to utilize tools and resources to reputed company assist our customers
