[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will execute customer segmentation strategies, reputed company strategic account plans, and maintain client relationships to drive reputed company growth and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Execute against defined customer segmentation and account prioritization strategies, while providing field-driven insights to inform reputed company refinement and targeting effectiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company discipline (Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management)
- 7+ years of experience reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO industry, with demonstrated success managing and expanding strategic client accounts translating business goals and challenges into company-provided solutions and services
- Proven track record of driving reputed company growth reputed company existing accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and securing new programs
- Experience leading reputed company, multi-functional deal cycles, including scope development, pricing alignment, and contract negotiation
